What are the cheapest airlines from Omaha to Phoenix?

Just go to any travel consolidators website (Expedia, Hotwire, Travelocity, Orbitz, ect) and look it up yourself. Which one doesn't matter, they're all within pennies of each other The lowest air fares are those booked 30 days in advance, and for travel during the mid-week. NO Sundays or Fridays.

Omaha is not an expensive city to fly to... it's much less expensive than the other mid-west cities because it's got so many fortune 500 companies located there (I think about 10) and they need to get vendors/customers in and out easily. Both Southwest and US Airway fly direct to Omaha from Phoenix. I would choose Southwest. US Airways is #1 in customer dissatisfaction.

This is going to depend on when you want to go and how long you want to stay. I tried a sample search starting next Saturday and 30 days onward for a 3-5 night stay. The cheapest option was $236 for 10/18-10/22 with options on Continental/United with one stop. The cheapest non-stop flight for those dates was $269 on USAirways. Get on to kayak.com and play around with the dates, generally cheaper flight are on Saturday or mid-week. Also try alternate airports and creative routings.
