    Penn's Landing is one of my all time favorites. you get to walk on the Pier, listen to music, check out the Delaware river, ride the ferry across to the Jersey aquarium, and even eat at the Mushulu...i think I spelled that right... but it's a ship on the water that has been converted into a restaurant. it's on Delaware ave.....

you can check out the Reading Terminal Market at 12th and Arch.....different vendors and many are run by the Amish.....great food.

You have to see Independence Hall. That's where the Declaration of Independence was signed. Philly is full of history.

If you have the money I would take the Segway Tours that are offered in front of the Art Museum ( I believe $80/person) or you could ride the ducks, you'll find those advertisements everywhere! If not just put on some walking shoes and plan to spend a whole day exploring. Some of my favorite spots are Old Town, South Street, Franklin Institute, National Constitution Center, & Independence Hall. For food I know everyone has to get a Philly Cheese Steak but if you have the time go over to 5 Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, the best in town!! They are located on Chesnut just west of S 15th street. Philadelphia has so much to do and see, have fun I can't wait to go again.
