Living cost in Pennsylvania?

  • will $2400/month be enough for couple with one baby (6 months) to live in Pennsylvania? please give me more details is appreciated concerning the cost of the living.

  • Answer:

It depends on where you live, your life style and so on. I live in PA. The cost of housing is relatively cheap in most areas. Food and utilities are cheaper than average. State income tax is 3%. Sales tax is 6% and does not apply to food or clothing. I live in SW PA. My total cost of living is about $14,000 per year. And I don't try to save. You have more that twice that amount to work with.
