You'd have to go back in time 20 years. It has been that long since Philadelphia and West Chester have been connected by train. Take the Market Frankford El out to 69th St. Terminal. There is no direct train from Phila to West Chester. You can take AMTRAK or SEPTA from 30th St to Whitford or Exton and grab a cab or you can take a train from 30th St. to 69th St station and transfer to the 104 bus to West Chester. http://www.septa.com
