Which would be the best plan for a theme park visit in Pennsylvania to either Dorney Park of Hershey Park?

We will be in Pennsylvania the 29th and 30th of August (a Saturday and Sunday). Which would be the best use of our time: Hershey park after 5 pm admission on Saturday, Hershey Park after 5 pm on Sunday, or Dorney Park for most of the day Sunday. We would prefer Hershey Park, but if it will be insanely crowded, Dorney Park will do. Before answering, please take into account time of year (school will have started already in some areas), days of the week, etc.
Answer:

Dorney Park will be more crowded for the simple fact that most New Jersey schools don't go back until September 8 (the day after Labor Day). Dorney Park is usually more crowded just because it's closer to both Philadelphia and New York. Hersheypark (it's only one word) on Sunday should be okay, because most schools in Central Pennsylvania go back to school the last week of August. Kids will be home to go to school the next day.

I'd go to Hersheypark, oh, and don't forget, go to any Giant Food Store to buy your tickets, and save like 15 bucks per adult ticket.
