Who is the new CEO of the School District of Philadelphia?

What do you think of this situation involving the School District of Philadelphia and South Philly High?

I think that this is complete bullshit. The school district hasn't done anything more to ensure the safety of these asian students, and I feel extremely sorry for them. What are your thoughts?
Answer:

If the accusations about teachers participating in taunting Asian students are true, it's outrageous and disgraceful. I would like to see an independent inquiry to get to the bottom of it. We may never know the whole truth (and the whole truth will look different to different people) but they need to get everything possible out into the open and start healing.
