Does anyone live in a haunted house?

Does anyone near Harrisburg, PA or, PA in general live in a haunted house?

  I believe that my house is haunted. I just bought a 75 year old row home in Philadelphia. The couple that I bought the house from have lived in the house since it was built. Two weeks before I made settlement on the house the husband died he was 96 years old (the wife is 94 years old and lives in a nursing home). My husband and I did some major renovations on the house before moving in (I've heard that this can make spirits more active). We have lived there for 6 weeks and some strange things have been happening. Nothing dangerous or threatening, just little annoying things. Lights will go on and off by themselves Furniture or decorations will be moved (I have a small decorative plate that was left in the house when I bought it that I have hanging in the threshhold between my dining room and kitchen, almost every day when I get home from work the plate is sitting on my dining room table) Hearing whispers or someone walking up the stairs An overall creepy feeling in the basement, like someone is right behind you breathing in your ear. One time, I loaded the dishwasher and started it. I realized a few minutes later that I forgot to put a spatula in the d/w. I rinsed it off, put it in the dishwasher and went about my normal routine. About 15 minutes later I walked into the kitchen and the spatula was in the sink.
