Fun things to do in Erie, Pennsylvania?

I am going to Erie for the Hinder concert in early March. I will be spending two days there and have no idea of what to do. Any suggestions?? Fun? Shopping? Dining? Adventure?

Answer:
There's an indoor water park there (http://www.splashlagoon.com/). I haven't been there, but it looks fun. Presque Isle is a nice place to hike and bike, but can be quite cold in early March.
