Does the philadelphia zoo have an aquarium?

How do I get from Exton to the Philadelphia Zoo via SEPTA?

  • Septa's site confuses me. I can't figure this out. Can someone help me figure out how to get from Exton to the Philadelphia Zoo? The zoo is on the corner of 34th Street and Girard Ave. I probably have to take a train into the city first, but what if I do that what stop would I get off at? And then what? The Zoo's site says something about route 15 and route 38. Please help me out. Someone has to know how to do this.

It's not hard at all. First, though, SEPTA's web site has a simple trip planner. All you need to do is put in start and end points, and click. Just take the R5 into 30th Street. You should be able to figure this one out yourself - the train runs parallel to Lancaster Avenue all the way into town. I used the trip planner to get from there to the zoo, with these results: http://airs1.septa.org/bin/query.exe/en?seqnr=1&ident=fy.0251601.1268915899&OK#focus If it was me, I would say take the 165 bus - that would be easy. Inside 30th Street is a Travelers Aid booth - they can tell you where to catch the bus,
