Hotel in between Sesame Place and Philadelphia?

I'm planning to take my son to Sesame Place on Saturday and decided to make a weekend trip and go to Philadelphia on Sunday. But because the World Series will be in Philadelphia, almost all the hotels are booked. Is there a nice hotel somewhere in between? Not in a shady neighborhood please. Thanks.

The Elmo Inn. Seriously, there's a Holiday Inn about 25min away on Street Road that gives you access to the city via the Boulevard. Area is very nice. It's really a nice HI - newly remodeled.
