Where is a good place in philadelphia to have a party in the hotel room?

  • I need a hotel that isnt too far from center city, that isnt too strict. However I dont plan on it getting too loud. Any ideas?

    If you want to party in a hotel room, go to the Marriott Residence Inn across the street from City Hall. You can't get more center city and it is like a small apartment with a kitchen to store drinks.
