Is 5601 N Broad st in Philadelphia in a safe neighborhood?

    Not in my opinion. Just ride by the 35th Police District at Broad and Champlost (four blocks north of Broad and Olney - 5600 North Broad) and look at the mural depicting the officers killed in the line of duty. One of them was killed on the corner of Broad and Olney.

There is a heavy police presence at Olney terminal yes someone may try to steal your money but they would have to be desperate/ nuts. And I was robbed twice in my life once was on Broad street( the Fairmount section) the other time was in Horsham where they have maybe 10 robberies per year so you never know.

That's near Broad and Olney. It's near Albert Einstein Medical Center. Your safety depends on what time of the day you will be arriving, and where are you going from there. Although it's considered an unsafe area, I worked there for over 20 years, and never had an incident.
