    In University City, a lot of people go to MadMex (great Margaritas and cheap), Blarney's (my fave), New Deck Tavern (good for sports), or Smokey Joes (very "Penn" crowd)! For St. Patty's day - Irish Pub - duh! There are 2 Irish Pubs in Olde City and one in Center (where Rocky was filmed!) Perhaps I'll catch ya around!!

There are no college bars in Philadelphia, THEY ARE ALL GRADE SCHOOL MENTALITY. Most of the ones I know of are in the location of the Universities. There is St.Joe's on city line, Phila University in East Falls, Drexel & U of Penn in West Philly, Temple in North Philly, Arcadia in Glenside. In all locations there is 2 - 3 good hang outs. DON'T FORGET TO STUDY.
