What do you think of Philadelphia?

As a place to live, is Philadelphia a dangerous place to live, a safe place to live, or somewhere in between those two extremes? Please explain why. Thanks in advance!

Answer:
I lived in Pennsylvania for about half my life and I think Phila is at the bottom of my list of places to live. It just doesn't have much interesting there, and the people are less friendly than almost any other big city. Sure, there are nice people there, but just a better life elsewhere.
