Can I use the Orlando "Kids Eat Free" card within the Magic Kingdom & Downtown Disney, or Buena Vista Palace?

This is a card they sell at AAA ($15) as well as other places on-line. We will be visiting Downtown Disney and Walt Disney World's The Magic Kingdom, and staying and Buena Vista Palace. I will only purchase if I can use where we are going and staying.

I can not imagine it would work for any of the disney restaurants at all. I would call up the Disney reservation line and ask.
