Don H gave a great answer so there is not much I could add Maybe Wekiva Springs State park (nominal charge) or visit one of the many towns like Longwood or Mount Dora, especially when it is fair time. I have lived in the Orlando area for many, many years but I had never visited the Debary mansion. Home of the founder of the town of Debary abt 120 years ago. Very interesting. If yoiu enjoy a certain type of shopping, I believe that the Sanford Flea Market is one of the largest in the world.
