Can you give me good things to do in Orlando Florida for someone that can't go on all the big rides?

Both of you can go to epcot they have something called world show case which represents different countries that you can sample there food and drinks, They have shows, its a nice park.

There are tons of rides that he could do that won't aggravate his sickness. All the parks have lots of options. Sea World has few rides. Universal Studios has lots of shows plus some tame rides. Disney World probably has the most to offer - in their four parks, there are plenty of rides and shows that he won't have trouble with. How about getting a guidebook or two, or maybe seeing if your local library has some you could borrow? When you show him lists of all the things he can do, that may convince him!

Disney is your best bet. It focuses on scenery in rides and not thrill. Some of my favorite rides that aren't thrill are Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin (I know it says spin but you don't spin). The Haunted Mansion is really cool and mild. Also in Epcot they have world pavillions that represent different countries and those are really cool.
