My Fiance and I are going to Florida in a few weeks. The catch- we only have a $400 budget for fun/attractions/food for a week!! So we are really really doing a "vacation on a dime" What are fun/ romantic unforgettable attractions we must do? (note- must be $ or $$.) I want to make this a vacation to remember (its our first)

If by attractions you mean the theme parks, you will surely have a short vacation. Your $400 for fun/attractions/food won't get you through the second day. Do a google or yahoo search and you can check all the prices.
