Answer:
Unless your going to a show on Universal CityWalk, I would recommend going to Islands of Adventures and Universal Studios either on the same day or one right after another. Other than that, it sounds like an amazing trip. I'm jealous :) I hope this was helpful.

It looks like you've planned out every day, which is good if there are specific events you want to go to. Otherwise, I don't think it would hurt to go with the wind a little. If it's especially hot one day, you might want to go to a water park that day and a regular theme park the next day. And it's always hot in Orlando, so dress appropriately. You might want to buy one of those water bottles that spray water and have a fan. It also gets crowded in the summer. If you go early you can get on rides without too much of a line, and later in the day you can use Fast Passes to cut through lines (at the Disney parks) and maybe go to shows or attractions that don't require waiting in line. I'm 15, around the same age as your kids, and I love Disney. It's not just for kids, teenagers can enjoy it too :) It might actually be more fun when you're older. I always like to goof off with lighthearted fun, like making funny faces at the photo-souvenir cameras during rides and other stuff. Also Typhoon Lagoon has the best donuts. You should try them.

I'm actually leaving tomorrow for Disney World, and I researched the crap out of Disney. I have a eight page long thing of notes I took, but I won't type them all up. What I'll tell you to do (especially for the Tower of Terror and the Rock and Rollercoaster in Hollywood Studios) in Disney, get a fastpass for one. Get in line and ride the other, and while you are on the ride, the timezone for the other ride will come. Then you can go ride the other. This works best if you go straight to them in the morning. They are side by side each other. When you are in Epcot, the best thing to do is "eat your way around the park". In the World Showcase, the reviews of the foods are incredible. I've heard the bakeries in France and the sit-down restaurants in Mexico are great. If you are going to see Illuminations (the firework show in Epcot) the view from either Italy or in between Mexico and Canada are the best. For Magic Kingdom, you picked a good day to go. The busiest days there are Saturdays and Mondays. I've heard there is a good place to eat called Peco's Bills there. Also, Disney does allow you to bring your own food and drinks into the park, so that world be the best way to save money. A good tip for eating would to eat lunch fairly early, like 10:30 or 11, so while everyone else is eating, you are already finished and riding rides! Also, the best time to ride the Haunted Mansion is at night. The cast members put on a better show at night, and there is alot of things to look around outside. Try the interactive Hitchhiking ghosts in the graveyard. Also, use the fastpass system for the three Mountain Rides, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain. We are not going to Animal Kingdom, so I don't have very many facts and tips about it. I'd say that if you are going on Kali River Rapids, dedefinitelyring an extra pair of clothing! They say that you get so soaked that it feels like you fell into a pool with your clothes on afterwords. Random Packing Tips: Have everyone have a ziploc bag for cell phones, wallets, iPods, if you go on water rides (Splash Mountain and Kali River Rapids are biggies for this) so your belongings don't get water-logged. Fanny packs and drawstring backpacks are the best, if you are riding rollercoasters. Also, wear comfortable shoes. Not cheap Old Navy Dollar ones. I bought a new pair of memory foam Champion flip flops for 10 bucks at our payless. Sneakers are wonderful as well. Bring lots of sunscreen. If you are staying on Disney property, take control of Extra Magic Hours.

I did not see any beach days. The gulf has beautiful beaches from Clearwater to Siesta Key.
