If you want to hang out with the tourist and spend St Pats day sure Downtown Disney Citywalk. If you really want to have a good time check out downtown Orlando good st Pats day celebrations in downtown Orange Ave or Wall St you will have a blast.

Check out Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant at Downtown Disney. (Reservations required - may be too late by now, though)

Universal's City Walk is the place to be IMHO. There are severa clubs and restaurants with live music and dancing. http://www.universalorlando.com/citywalk.html

Universal would be a good place to go or lucky leprechaun irish pub or check out here http://www.internationaldriveorlando.com/thingsToDo/nightlife.asp also as an Irish person I have to say its st. PADDYS day not patty, patty is a womans name, paddy is short for patrick, st.patricks day= paddys day. Sorry just had to say that as so many americans say pattys day its really annoying lol.

TO celebrate St PATRICKS day I would not go to Citywalk or Downtown Disney if you really want to have a good time downtown Orlando definitely. Most bars close very early in the morning.
