Has anyone booked a villa in Kissimmee through Florida Escapes Vacation Rentals?

This is ten to fifteen minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort area, twenty minutes from Sea World Orlando, and thirty minutes from Universal Studios Florida. I know where Crescent Lakes is located. There ad says it is 20 minutes from Disney. It is at least 22 miles from Disney by secondary roads. Travel time is at least 45 minutes. Makes you wonder, if they exaggerate other things.
