Is Halloween horror nights at universal studios in Orlando fl busy on Sunday nights?

  • my boyfriend and i want to go to hhn in orlando and we want to go on a sunday since it is going to be cheaper. we also want to get the express passes. but since we are going on a sunday does anyone know if itll be busy? i dont want to do express passes if its not going to be busy. it would be pointless to do the express passes if its not busy.

    For Halloween Horror Nights the day of the week is not as important as the proximity to Halloween. If you go in the first few nights of the event it will not be as busy. The crowds are the heaviest the weekend before Halloweeen. Halloween Horror Nights begins September 23. If you go during the month of September expect the crowds to be the lightest. I would skip the express passes if you choose to go in September.

If you go during the early part of the event and a non peak day there are hardly the same crowds you will get on a SAT. Get there early. . See how the crowd is when you get in if you need to get the Express which I dont think is worth the money... they usually always sell them inside. The first few events this month are usually never busy.
