Disney college program kids?

k so i saw a few videos on youtube of some kids in the disney college program. i thought the ppl there would be nice and modest and not crazy teens like in other places but some of what i saw was shocking. so, for anyone who was in the program, were there a lot of nasty people or were there some normal modest ones. me being able to go there is still yrs away but what i saw kinda shook me out of it. i know they work you to death and barely pay you, but idc. im more worried about bad association. give me any info on anything of your experience.
