Well, Disneyland would be great, but... It's in Anaheim, California, which is the opposite side of the country from Orlando, Florida. I think that Walt Disney World is what you're looking for. Oh, and yeah, Walt Disney World is a good place to vacation in Orlando.

Avoided MLK Day, that's a great time of year to avoid the crowds at theme parks. Disney World is the big one, with 4 parks, 2 water parks, and countless other stuff. Universal is the other big one, with 2 parks. And Sea World is a one day park. If you are interested in smaller attractions, cultural attractions, things like that, then I would look at the Orlando board of tourism page for lots of ideas.
