Does Orlando have palm trees?

History question: orlando shopping malls?

  • the last time i visited orlando was about 1983or so. i remember a nice mall down there that was kinda small. had palm trees all over it and was laid out in a circle layout. in the middle it had a resturant that served gator. when the tourist off the busses got there you didnt have room to move. what was the name of the mall? and is it still standing. yes, i've been doing my research and understand the whole area has "grown up" if i remember right it was near seaworld. thanks in advance.

  • Answer:

Orlando is too big now to pin-point the location that you are describing. I strongly recommend you browse through the official Orlando visitors website and order one of the free vacation guides, here is a link to the website: http://www.orlandoinfo.com Also consider a trip through Downtown Orlando on your upcoming visit, you will be amazed at how Orlando has become a metropolis. Have Fun!

Has to be one of the Factory Outlet Malls. I am not familiar with them, I know the other Malls...Florida Mall, Milliumen Mall, Orlando Fashion Square, Altamonte Mall, Seminole Towne Center, and Oviedo Mall. Your description does not sound like any of these.
