Disney World and Wizarding World of Harry potter tips/secrets?

• My family and I are going to visit Disney World during spring break this year and we will be staying staying there for 4 days. Can anyone share any tips or secrets? Like going there extra early, fast passes, must sees? AND we will will also be visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. If anyone has been there, please give me a review? Things I should see, expect, etc? Thanks a lot!

  I'm not familiar enough with HP; but I will tell you that you should do the walk-through on the castle ride, even if you do ride it, because the details are awesome. But I can help you with Disney World because I practically live there (nearby resident, annual passes): In Magic Kingdom: Don't miss Mickey's Philharmagic; it doesn't get the word of mouth of some of the more popular rides, but it's awesome. Make sure to stop for Dole Whips in adventureland-- yummy. EPCOT: Aside from the major popular rides, don't miss Spaceship Earth, Maelstrom (Norway pavilion) and use that Kim Possible phone game-- it's fun. The BEST place at Disney world to meet all the "Classic" characters-- Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Daisy & Minnie-- is at the Epcot Character Spot. The reason it's the best place is because you only wait on 1 line and get to see all of them; the line is also indoors and AC, and there's a tv playing cartoons, so you don't mind the wait as much. Also near there there is a soda fountain where you can sample as many sodas as you want from around the world for free. If you have little kids, let them do the Kidcot coloring places; they color a mask at one pavilion and get things tied onto it each of the other pavilions... by the time you collect them all, you can get a little prize. Besides the mask makes a great free souvenir. Hollywood Studios: (Again, besides the most popular attractions) If you want to see Phantasmic, get there early. be prepared to wait. The best place to run into characters unexpectedly (and sometimes very rare ones) is in the Animation Studio at Hollywood Studios. If you have anyone who likes drawing, take the free drawing class at the Animation Studio off to the left up the stairs. It's very cool-- and again, free souvenir. The Great Movie Ride is a nice, 25 minute slow, entertaining glide through film history. Not only is it great to see, but it's a great way to sit down for a good almost 30 minutes in the middle of the day out of the heat and rest your feet. Don't miss the new Star Tours... and the backlot restaurant next door is the only place where you can get free refills on drinks so it's a great place to stop for a snack or meal. Animal Kingdom: Try to get there really early. You meet the best characters at the gate the first 30 minutes, and the animals are still out first thing in the morning. By the heat of the day they seek shelter. Get on the Safari-- it's awesome. Best times are first thing in the morning or at the end of the day-- again, most animals seek shelter from afternoon heat. Kali River Rapids is awesome, but you will get wet. No doubt. You might get really completely soaked. It's a great way to cool off if you don't mind the possibility of getting drenched. If I could only pick one show, I'd go see Festival of the Lion King. and in general: Always get Fast Passes; they're free. That way it cuts down waiting time, you can go do something else and come back at your FP time and wait less than 15 minutes. Look for "hidden Mickeys" to entertain yourself while waiting-- they're everywhere!
