    Fla is a hard state to live in now unless you've got $ coming here. The jobs are less paying and the living expenses are crazy, over the last few (3) years home owner insurance has doubled and tripled due to hurricanes, the taxes on land is high to, consider this! It may seem less but when you making less... Check out local new papers, that helps. http://www.city-data.com/city/Madison-Florida.html Check out crime rates and ratios here and every place you look, different papers, I would suggest Ga. a lot nicer for all. I've lived in Fla my whole life, I can't see it get any worse than this!! Check out the home owners insurance and taxes on line. Sorry~ to be a bubble buster, look hard.
