I know this may be a stupid question since it was a Trade Center, but I'm just curious. There were residential apartments in the New York City's World Trade Center? Or there will have residential apartments in the One World Trade Center? (The new one that is under construction.)

No, it is a commercial office building, mostly filled with tenants who were involved in world trade. Hence the name.
