How can I get to Splish Splash in Long Island from New York City? What buses or trains can I take and how much will it cost me?

The LIRR has a package for Splish Splash starting May 31. http://www.mta.info/lirr/getaways/LongIsland/SplishSplash.htm Adult fare is $56 which includes round trip on the LIRR, the bus fare and admission. Children's fare is $44.50.. From Penn station to Splish Splash (train & bus) takes about 2 hours 13 minutes (+/-)

Take the LIRR's Ronkonkoma Branch from Penn Station to Riverhead. The one way off peak fare is $15.25. Please purchase your ticket before you board, because fares will be high on board. Once in Riverhead, take Suffolk Transit bus route S58 westbound from the Riverhead train station to Splish Splash. The bus will stop right in front of the water park. The fare on ST buses will cost $1.50 each way. I hope this information is very helpful. Good luck

Long Island Railroad takes you to Riverheard Station via Ronkonhoma Branch. Long Island Railroad might offer package to Splish Splash. There is special LIRR Splish Splash Shuttle Bus to there.
