When will my USPS package come to Rochester ny from Isc new ny ?

    If it was processed through NY that late in the day Friday, it may not have arrived in Rochester in time for an attempted delivery before noon Saturday. As it's Sunday morning when I'm writing this, you may already have it, and if delivery was not attempted Saturday, it should be attempted Sunday. Express Mail is delivered on Sundays and holidays.
