Good Fashion Desgn Schools in New York?

If you're willing to look outside of LA for fashion design schools, it would really open up your options! The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising is in LA and it's a great fashion design school! My friends graduated from FIDM and told me that a lot of famous fashion designers went to school there including celebrity designers Monique Lhuillier and one of the founders of Juicy Couture! The school also has a lot of connections with the fashion industry which is super important to network and get as many internships as possible. The school's career center is also a great place they can use years after they graduate from FIDM and basically for the rest of their lives! The school also takes study tours to NY and even to Europe which I've heard are a lot of fun. You should check out their website and see if you like their fashion design program :) Good luck!
