Drive from Philadelphia to New Jersey how to avoid traffic?

Where can i ask to meet with someone?

Preferably a nice spot with minimal traffic yet with people around so as to avoid any inconvinience? the people entering the city would be coming from new jersey entering new york through manhattan i ask because someone from new jersey will be picking me up to then drive out of state, i live in a high traffic area so i want to avoid them the trouble

  It all depends on where you're headed to and how they're going to get into the city. If it were me I'd actually take the Path out to Hoboken, or NJT out towards them and let them come get me on the Jersey side since getting in and out of Manhattan can be such a hassle. Most of the NJT and Path areas are much less crowded or even have built in areas that make for ease of passenger pick-up. If they are coming into the city no matter what I might have them pick me up at the Starbucks at Spring Street & Varick Street. It'll have to be a drive-by, but at least you'll be waiting at a place with coffee and a bathroom.
