Where is a great place to stay for vacation in Germany?

Is Manhattan considered a "safe" place to stay on vacation?

  • We're looking for information to prepare for our vacation next year. I found a B&B I really like which is in Manhattan. Is there any particular place any New Yorker would like to recommend to stay? I'd like to stay in Manhattan anyway since it will be close to things we are wanting to do.

Manhattan is very safe. There's lots of people, bright streets, police, and security cameras all day that are very safe.

What part of Manhattan? There are parts of Manhattan which, quite frankly, are still somewhat rough even though they're improving. Much of Manhattan, however, is indeed quite safe. Again, when you talk about places in the city, it absolutely helps to get a little more specific, as things can change from one neighborhood to another, in a span of a few blocks.
