How is it like living in New York City?
-
If you graduated straight out of college, can you get a high-paying job? Is all of New York City crowded like we see on tv? How does an average New Yorker live? Do they all go on subways? Just curious?

Answer:
well bro i guess im in a postion to answer your question cuz of the fact that ive lived in nyc long enough , well first of all life is too fast , as soon as u wake up , u get dressed (fastly) eat your breakfast in a hurry and then go catch the subway , which is always delayed cuz of construction which means u have to be there early , and then the whole day would pass without u even realizing it , so bottom line , it sucks the life out of u , and too crowded and too busy , millions of tourists visit the big apple from all across the world , i met people from kazakhistan , argentina , irak , russia , nepal ect... u name it! and dont even think abt having a car over here , that shouldnt even cross ur mind lol , and life is so ******* expensive , so if ur going to have a big paycheck by the end of the month and can afford ur own place at a good area like midtown , then ull love it , but other than that , it sucks , and did i mention the weather ? do u know how cold it gets in the big apple from december to march ?! my hair would litterely freeze and i wouldnt feel my face and hands cuz of the cold , and its dirty and subway stations are filthy, smelly and filled with bums ect....... alot to say about the big apple , i personally hated it and moved to another state ,couldnt stand all the hostility and fastness , i guess im not made for that city , but thats just my point of view , theres alot of people who wouldnt leave nyc for anywhere else , even if u take them to a big nice , clean , warm city and offer them a one million dollar condo , they would refuse , i guess theyre just addicted to this city , alot of people simply cant live anywhere else cuz they love living in nyc with all its pros and cons , so bottom line is , if u can afford living in a good area , and love the fast paced lifestyle , and can live without a car and can stand the cold weather , then i think nyc is the city for you , if not , then consider moving somewhere else , like san francisco or seattle ect..... , dont get me wrong , if i could afford living in a great area , id go back with no hesitation , nyc is a fun city after all , loads of stuff to do at any time , its either u totaly love the city or totaly hate it , enjoy and i hope i helped
