Do you think I can find a job at new york city?

• Im deaf and second english language. I live St. Louis, Missouri for 16 years. And im attend to St. Louis Community College for now. But I cant find any job in STL since high school graduate. Due St. Louis is worse encominc and no one can hire job for student college. Only fews student students got a job. Once time, I heard the rumor about most they're easy find a job for college student/teens in NYC than anywhere. So, I planed to move out to NYC for next year. I need find job. But I still kinda scary if I still can't find job in NYC. They will accept hire college student like me for part of time job? Good pay or how much salary per hour? Easy find job or hard? how long average the find a job in one or many months? Can anyone tell me that was truth about easy find a job in NYC?
