If he is coming as a tourist, you may write a letter to be included with his visa application stating he will stay with you and you will cover his expenses while he is in the U.S...however, visa officers seldom pay any attention to these letters. What they want to see is proof of compelluing reasons for him to return to his home country...own a house, business, lots of money in the bank. If he wants to immigrate, you need to apply for a spousal visa for him...see site below.
