    NBC is the official station to carry the parade and may have the inflation shown live on or a rebroadcast in the night. You can check their website and see if it will be there as well. It may be on cable as well but I don't have it confirm. the macy's balloons are inflated in new jersey and then ferried over to nyc.i think it is done in warehouses so there probably isn't a place to watch it.

If your idea of New Jersey is near the American Museum of Natural History on Central Park West, then I guess they are inflated in New Jersey.
