• in august i'll be in new york city and i was wondering what things i should do. i've already been to the empire state building, statue of liberty, etc. what are some fun, new things, that i could do? also, i want to see a broadway show. any suggestions? i've already seen the lion king, phantom of the opera, and wicked.

  For dining, I highly recommend either Spotlight Live or Ellen's Stardust Diner. Spotlight is a karaoke restaurant in Times Square and you can also sing in your own private pod and buy the recording on a CD.The Stardust Diner is right near the Gershwin Theater (where Wicked plays) and the workers basically sing songs and it's basically a 50s theme. I think a great experience would to have a picnic on the great lawn in Central Park.It's basically what it sounds like:a picnic at a giant piece of property that is very public-people eat,play sports,you name it! I love art,but art museums can without a doubt bore me.The museum that was really fun was Madame Tussauds Wax Museum-a bunch of wax celebrities and other fun stuff! I also love going to China Town and walking down Canal Street. You can buy Coach,Chanel,Louis Vuitton,you name it!(just be aware that a bunch of it is not real)And you get them for much cheaper prices.You can also get jewelry and other things there-bargain! Broadway is the greatest!I have to say that Wicked,to me,is the best by far(actually,it's my life!)You've seen 3 great shows.You can't go wrong with your choice! I have a bunch I recommend: ~Mary Poppins ~The Little Mermaid ~Legally Blonde:The Musical ~Mamma Mia! ~Young Frankenstein ~Hairspray and looooads more! Have a great time!
