You don't say how long you are going to stay (you didn't ask about hotel rooms) but your itinerary is very ambitious for 2 small children for one day. They will tire easily as it is a lot of walking. It is very intimidating keeping up with them in the crowds. NYC is not an easy place for small kids. I would suggest you select a Greyline tour that allows "on and off" stops. For the bridges, plan anywhere from 6 to 10 dollars... i've made that trip ever since I was a little girl but I can't remember the exact numbers. Car parking? In NYC?? Good luck! If you are going on a tour of downtown. Park your car in one place, then either walk the whole way or hire a taxi because if you drive you won't be able to truly enjoy the sites.
