What is your opinion on being a chef?

I need your help, for my next job in New York City, maybe, or maybe an opinion on your opinion and work in ny?

I need to transfer at the end of September in New York, I state that I am Italian, so what I tried to simplify your job as a chef to, since I cook, because my father has a restaurant in Italy and I started that way since a child, now 22 years, and I realized that I have no future in Italy, perhaps in new york require a lot of Italian chefs? more or less know how much is charged and if charged with that I can keep in a city like New York? know if I ever recommend another job ever in my area, I'd be really grateful! (Ps Excuse my English is not perfect MAYBE, YOU KNOW ME GIVE AN OPINION);)

  New York city has a lot of restaurants and tons of italian restaurants cause there is a lot of italians here. There is a whole neighborhood called little italy and then a whole area called the restaurant row with tons of restaurants. In New York city there are all types of cuisine, there are also very fancy expensive restaurants. If you came to new york I am positive you could find a job because new york city is HUGE. You have experience and the fact that you are italian and speak italian will make people like you more as a chef. Because everyone will want an italian chef haha. But then again a college education in cuisine might be a plus. Well i dont know why you would ever want to leave italy though especially if you may potentially be able to help run your fathers business.
