Where is the best and least crowded place to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City?

    The best place to view the Parade is along the "canyon" of buildings on Broadway. It's really cool to see the effect of the giant character balloons floating between skyscrapers. For that view, try the blocks below Columbus Circle on Broadway, like 55th through 57th Street. For least crowded, try near the beginning of the parade, around 70th-72nd Street at Central Park West. Have fun!
