I live in tampa fl if i go to NY high school do i have to pay?

I live with my parents in Tampa FL. I dont like the school here. i have a uncle live in NYC, I want to live in his house so i can go to school in NY. But if i move to NY do i have to pay when i go to school are the school will accept ?

If your uncle is willing to have you live with him, then you become a resident of NYC, and public schools do not charge residents.
