What is the best city to relocate to in Florida?

Hello Guys, I need help. I want to relocate from Florida to New York City this year but I don't really know?

  • how I can apply for a job or let alone do anything else if I am still living in Florida? Help!!!

  • Answer:

Do You Have a Degree ? Do You Have Any Relatives in NYC or Northern New Jersey or The Upstate Counties That are Fairly Close to NYC (IWestchester, Orange, Rockland, Nassau or Suffolk) If You have That Advantage You Should Ask if You Can Use Their Address to Apply for Some Work Its Going to Be Hard to Move from FL to NYC of All Cities Because its The Most Expensive of All in All Honesty I Would First Move to The Northern New Jersey Cities First It is More Affordable in New Jersey and Might Help You Adjust a Little More Easily Before You Try to Move Straight into The City Many Northern New Jersey Residents Actully Work in NYC So That is an Option for You as Well But I See Where Your Coming From, Email Me With Anyother Questions You might Have Man I Dont Mind,... My Email is [email protected]

Visit first. Email your resume to prospective employers and set up interviews for the same week. Then come her for a week or so and goon interviews and apply for other jobs you find while you're here. Same thing goes for finding an apartment. Search online and arrange viewings for the time that you'll be here and look in the local papers once you arrive. The easiest, and unfortunately most expensive way (because of the commission you'll pay - usually 1 month or a percentage of the annual rent) to do this would be through a real estate office. This way you only pay the credit check/application fee once and you'll be able to see multiple apartments as opposed to paying an application fee with every apartment. Rentals go very quickly and if you're coming from another state, you're not going to want to waste time looking around only to find things have been rented already. At least realtors have exclusive listings and will only show you rentals that are actually available. IMO, it's worth the fee because of your situation.
