1st: what kind of car, 4 cylinder, 6 cylinder, 8cylinder, 10 or 12 cylinder? that is one thing that will determine the gas usage. 2nd: how do you drive do you like to speed? do you take it easy in your car? How many stop signs and red lights will you come too, how many towns will you pass through its hard to say how much its going to cost it depends on all of these factors more than likely you will get better mileage in a 4 and 6 cylinder then 8 10 or 12, so yeah just depends on all of the above, its 490.6 Miles away so if you can average out your gas in the car you drive you could figure out the answer yourself

On a Chevy Impala, round trip it took me 5 fills (4 in New York - 2 each way), one in Ontario where gas is more expensive) so roughly $250 CDN/US.
