Answer:
My friend, once you get to the World Trade Center on the PATH train, exit the train station and follow the walking the directions to the Chambers Street-WTC/Park Place subway station on the map at the link below. There is an entrance at the corner of Church and Vesey Streets. http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=Vesey+St&daddr=Unknown+road&hl=en&sll=40.711835,-74.00976&sspn=0.002863,0.004823&geocode=FeM4bQIdbq6W-w%3BFZo3bQId2rGW-w&vpsrc=0&gl=us&dirflg=w&mra=dme&mrsp=1&sz=18&t=m&z=18 Once you enter the Chambers Street-WTC/Park Place station, follow the directional signs that tells you were you to get number 2 and 3 subway lines, which is the Red Line on the subway map at the link below. Take either train going to Brooklyn and get off at Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum. The museum is adjacent to the subway station. The one way fare on the subway is $2.25 per person with a pay per ride (regular fare) MetroCard, which is the same card you used to take the PATH train from Jersey City. I hope the information is very helpful. Good luck Native New Yorker

Step 1: From World Trade Center PATH, follow sign to (2)(3)(A)(C)(E) at Park Place-Chambers St-World Trade Center Complex. Step 2: Take Brooklyn-bound (2)(3) to Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum. Please note if you're travelling on weekend, sometimes there are construction work that require (3) to terminate/originate at 14th St while (2) train to South Ferry, where out of system transfer to Brooklyn-bound (4)(5) at Bowling Green or via (R) from South Ferry to Atlantic Av-Pacific St for (4)(5), so please check MTA Website and every Friday afternoon, THE WEEKENDERS show up to tell you what subways are affected.

Walk over to the Brooklyn-bound (2)/(3) trains at Park Place (I believe there is a passageway from the PATH station). Take either train to the Brooklyn Museum/Eastern Parkway stop. The trip should be about 30 minutes, including walking and waiting time. I hope this information was very helpful.
