What is this statue/monument in New York?

What are small villages in New York State within 30 miles of New York City?

Since there are not any small towns within 20 miles of New York City in New York State; what are all the villages. I need to know all the small villages or hamlets {population no more than 10,000} in New York State that are located in a 30 miles radius of New York City. If the village or hamlet could have its own government, that would be best. I am sorry for any confusion I have caused or all the trouble I have made. I thank you for your help.

I'm pretty sure there are none that small and also that close to NYC. The smallest one I know of is New City, which is a hamlet of about 33,000 people, 18 miles north of the Bronx. If there are smaller ones they'd be in that same area. Good luck.
