Popeyes Chicken Artwork/Billboard artist?

Does anyone know who the artist is that does the artwork on the exterior walls of the Popeyes Franchises? I looked around their site but didnt find any information but there was a picture of what I am talking about if that helps you understand my question. I have no clue.. Why dont you take a good clear picture of it .. and the next time you're in the French Quarter go to some of the art shops and show the employees. Maybe one of them might recognize it. try posting this questions on craigslist too
