What to wear to the New Orleans Jazz Festival?

  • We will be attending the New Orleans Jazz Festival tomorrow for the first time. I was wondering what are the best clothes to wear??? And what other recommendations do you have!! (Temperature will be 82 degrees!)

    NO HIGH HEELS OR PLATFORM SHOES. I always see people wearing them and they always bust there *** on the sand. Wear flip flops or tennis shoes. LOTS OF CASH. The food is amazing try the crawfish beignets, crawfish bread, Cochon du lait po boy, soft shell crab, crawfish monica, and strawberry lemonade. Wear warm weather clothes. Wear a casual flowy dress, shorts, skirt, and tank top. People even walk around in shorts and a bathing suit top. Yes hats are good too. You can bring in your own water now.

Wear a hat, lightweight, light-color, all cotton clothing and comfortable shoes. Sunglasses will be important. Shorts are good. A small backpack with a folding umbrella and sunblock will also be good.

The latest tops which I love are the ones with sparkles, jewels, etc. Makes one feel great--the more glitter the better with plain slacks, denims or skirts. Bright colors so you don't get lost in the crowd.
