How much are usually condo's in Miami Beach/Miami?

Prices have gone down a lot. I live 10 minutes away from the beach but live on Biscayne bay. My condo cost me 195k. But prices have gone down since.

of course depends on location.... I'm assuming you want medium to nice areas.. 2 bedroom will be over $450,000 for miami beach. More like $500,000. Again, medium to nice area. You go north more into the Sunny Isles beach area, you can get the price down near $300,000 - $350,000. 3 bedroom will be well into $600,000 - $700,000. downtown miami actually has better prices for the same size condo. 2-3 bedroom in a downtown miami high rise will be around $325,000 - $350,000. not that bad of value, but again you are about 15-20 minutes from beach in miami beach. Dont forget these prices dont include any monthly fees (upwards of $300-$1000/month). and sometimes parking isn't included. its still expensive even with the bad real estate market.
