What are the most decent universities in Florida?

Universities/ colleges ... around Miami Florida? what do people say about FIU?

  • so i went to Miami to see how the area was beautiful play i don't mind the random rain, the people were pretty cool and i want to look into colleges there or universities? since im not from the area and don't know what people say is a bad college i would not want to get into.. because i know many people who come from around the world and come to nyc thinking because its nyc all colleges are awesome but no only the ones that live around here no what colleges are the people enter as wow you did bad in school you want to go to college then there are those schools who just go and then some who go for seriousness... can anyone name me some good colleges and or universities in Miami area? i was thinking about FIU????? how is that? what do people say about it ? is it a good school?

Lauderale Area MDCC (Miami-Dade Community College, First 2 years--Assoc. Degree) BCC (Broward Community College--again, First 2 years, Assoc. Degree, but in Lauderdale) Barry University St. Thomas University. All are accredited, well-respected institutions. You will work hard for your degree at any of them. (I have several). I may have omitted some...I've been out of the system for a long time.
